About Me

Katie Zimmerman is originally from the small Caribbean island of St. Croix. After graduating from the University of Delaware, she set forth on an adventure to Maui. Even though she had never visited Hawai’i before, the beauty of the islands and its people captured her heart and she decided to make West Maui her home.

In 2012, Katie purchased her first home on Maui with the assistance of Whalers Realty. Her home buying experience was such a positive one that she decided to become a Realtor herself. Katie joined Whalers Realty as a sales executive and when the Brokerage Firm transitioned to Keller Williams in 2016, she continued to expand her career under Keller Williams. Through the purchase of her own home she learned firsthand the sense of accomplishment and pride in home ownership.

Katie has chosen to specialize in the professional sale and marketing of resort condominiums in Kaanapali. Katie embraced the mentorship opportunities to work with Bob Cartwright and Derek Escalera and many other highly experienced and professional Realtors in the Whalers Village office. For Katie, the West Maui area embodies the beauty of Hawaii and its people, that first captured her heart.

As you can see, Katie has a passion for island life, the Aloha Spirit, and helping people become a part of this beautiful place called Maui. She is eager to share her passion and help her clients realize their Maui real estate dreams.
