On August 21st, 1959, Hawaii became our 50th state. With statehood came the beginning of the growth of Hawaii’s reputation as a prime vacation destination. The 60s saw the first hotels and condominiums in Kaanapali, and in 1967 Maui Kaanapali Villas was built. Still the only low rise condominium development on Kaanapali Beach, Maui Kaanapali Villas embraces the more relaxed atmosphere of those earlier times.
One of our featured properties for the month of September, Maui Kaanapali Villas has 11.46 acres of tropical gardens, three swimming pools, and an on-site beach front restaurant. (For a sneak peak at our other September features, check out our newsletter.) Whether for a second home, or as an investment, the Villas offer a truly unique Kaanapali beach front location.
