These usage rights entitle the owner to a guaranteed reservation for the 35 consecutive nights checking in on a Saturday and checking out on a Saturday that includes Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve in the last two weeks. The owner shall also have exclusive rights to reserve and then use and occupy any 3BR/3BA unit on floors 5-12 (floor request is first come first serve with the other seven 3BR Upper Level owners).
