This past month the median sales price for single-family homes on Maui was $1.2 million, an increase of 2% from the same time last year. Meanwhile, the median sales price for condos was $797,500, only slightly down from last year’s tally. While the total sales numbers remain behind 2022’s numbers at the same time point—a reflection of a normalizing marketplace, rather than a slumping one—the strong median data demonstrates that the Valley Isle is continuing to heat up, making it a great time to make your next move in the market—buying or selling!
