Residential May sales in West Maui increased to 15 homes sold (April had 10 sales)
The Residential median price declined to $1,099,000 (April was $1,125,000)
The median time to sell a home was 119 days on market.

May’s Condominium sales in West Maui:
Condominium sales increased to 52 units sold compared to April with 37 sales.
The Condominium median price decreased to $560,000 (April was $585,000)
Median Days on Market for a condo to sell was 98 days.

West Maui Total sales for immediate past 12 months:
Residential = 128 (with 5.5% being foreclosure-REO or Short Sale)
Condo = 551 (3.3% REO or SS)

In the last 12 months, 46.5% of all 679 West Maui Sales were CASH.
