This nice resort condo just came up for sale at the Ka’anapali Shores. We think this is definitely the best priced 2 bed/2 bath condo in West Maui. It’s a quiet, oceanfront location with a well run rental program. The landscaping is lovely and there are beautiful koi ponds as well as two pools. The Ka’anapali Shores is a well sought-after location so unit 235 is a good opportunity. Listed at $499K.
Now this is a really incredible two bedroom/two bath. It’s one of the Kapalua Golf Villas and what a phenomenal price. It’s listed at $750K. With recent remodelling, AC, upgraded baths and kitchen as well as close proximity to the pool, this is one of the best units available at the Golf Villas. There is plenty of light for an open airy feel, and one lanai has been closed off to provide extra living space. Total living area is 1440SF. We recommend at least taking a look at some of the other pictures we have on file for this Golf Villa Unit. This is just an incredible buy.
For our final favorite among the new listings in West Maui, we chose this two bed/two bath, furnished beachfront condo. The bright, spacious interior capitalizes on ocean breezes. This unit has a nice private lanai with a great view of the ocean. Living room contains new tile and the unit has been recently painted. Some other great features in the community include a tennis court, laundry facilities, a BBQ area, front desk rental programs and good security. This is going for $689K. Take a closer look at this lovely Napili condo.
